I now have a Model 2 Grandtec IP camera and have corrupted the firmware. I can only access via USB with Windows XP operating system, while the IP connection is not working (Destination Host Unreachable). Can I upgrade the firmware via USB?
Thank you

In response to: GrandTec Grand IP Camera 3 firmware update

Hello, i need desperate help guys. I have this Grand ip video camera, model 2, from Grandtec. The problem is this: i tryed to configure it, going in it’s ip, 192,168.1.100. I managed to log in, using user and password, but the next it asked me to select language, and after i did that, it just sit there without going any farther. I tryed that few more times, and after that i tryed to reset/default the camera. After that, i could no longer acces it’s ip or configuration menu or anything.
I have tryed looking up in the router to check for any ip connected, but the camera will not show up, it is like it’s dead. I also tryed reserving the ip 192.168.1.100 from router’s menu, using the camera’s MAC adress, but still no, it’s like it is dead. I can use the camera just fine with USB cable, on PC mode, but not on IP mode. Please help me, what should i do? Not being able to acces menu from internet browser, i am also unable to rewrite or update o new firmware to fix it or anything. Is there something i can do?

Thanks! The link above to the file: 00062705_FW_V108.bin
worked great. My old firmware pf 1.6EU had no menu to upgrade the firmware - however, your direct link of:
http://ip.camera/Eng/Upload.htm
worked fine and I was able to successfully flash my firmware from 1.6EU to 1.8 on my Grand IP Camera III.
Everything works great now. I appreciate the post and links here.

Hi, as your original post started “Another financial year has ended in Australia, and its time do submit our tax returns again.” I now find myself in the position of not having the 2012 etax software and not being able to look at last year’s tax return. The info I need to look at (for my wife’s small business) has not come across on the rollover.

What are the chances of posting a link for the 2012 file? Seems you’ve been a great help to so many people already but I’d really appreciate some assistance.

Thanks in advance
Mike
